1. Applicability
This policy applies to all paid offerings of Syncoro Ventures Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:
- Syncoro Scalerator
- Syncoro Startup Soundboard
- Syncoro Phoenix Lab
- Syncoro Startup GTM Bootcamp
2. Cancellation by Participant
- All payments made towards Syncoro programs and services are non-refundable.
- If a participant chooses to withdraw before or after the start of the program, no refund will be issued.
- Payments are non-transferable to another person or program unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Please ensure your commitment before registering.
3. Cancellation by Syncoro
In the unlikely event that Syncoro must cancel or reschedule a program or event due to internal reasons, operational challenges, or insufficient participation, participants will be offered the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Reschedule/transfer their registration to a future batch of the same or similar offering.
4. Refund Timeline
If a refund is applicable (only in case of Syncoro-initiated cancellations), the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled program or session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In genuine and verifiable emergency cases (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement), refund or credit requests may be reviewed. However, such exceptions are entirely at the discretion of Syncoro Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and do not establish any precedent.
